SCHOLARSHIP FORM2 Students from Each of the 3 Area High Schools are selected:
Sterling High, Rock Falls High & Newman Catholic High. The Scholarship has been increased to $500 each.
Forms for 2011 Sterling Rock Falls Mens Club Scholarship will be
accepted starting March 1, 2011
Deadline for 2011 has been extended to April 15, 2011
Selection Criteria is Based on 4 Attributes
1) Senior graduating in the Spring of that year and applying
at an accredited institute
2) Minimum academic achievement of 2.5
3) Demonstrates leadership in their school and community
4) Ability to articulate their dreams and aspirations in a
small essay
Note: Mens
Club members children are given priority if they meet the minimum
criteria. This should not disuade any child from applying as
the most ever given to Mens Club children is 2 in a year.
